Langbrook Road Remodel
Springfield Whole Home Renovation
do you have a construction project we can help with?
Springfield, Virginia
For this whole house reno in West Springfield, we reconfigured and remodeled the kitchen and master bedroom/bathroom adding a walk in closet and office space. We also replaced interior doors, painted, and refinished flooring throughout. On the main level we removed walls, relocated major utilities, and relocated a window and exterior door, to create an open floor plan allowing for a gourmet chef’s kitchen w/ expansive cabinetry, spacious quartz counters, and deluxe commercial appliances. A makeup air system was added to accommodate the powerful 36″ Miele range and hood. Hardwood throughout, custom distressed shelving, and brass touches added plenty of warmth to balance the otherwise cool kitchen pallet. The marble backsplash and elegant hardware add just a flair of sophistication to this couple’s laid back style. The master bathroom, although tiny, packs a big punch. We played with bold color and pattern on the floor and balanced that out with a simple pearl wall tile, dark stained Maple vanity and solid white quartz. In the shower we opted for a compact corner bench design to keep the shower spacious while still serving the utilitarian needs of our client. A frameless sliding glass enclosure also prevents any impedance on visual and functional flow.
