Waters Edge Landing Bathrooms

This project was a master and hall bathroom makeover. We gutted both, which included a dated drop in tub in the master, and upgraded to a large shower. We freshened up the space with bright marble-look tile on the walls and light paint. Easy maintenance was a must so we went with large format porcelain tiles, thin grout lines, and a quartz countertop. In order to do large tiles in the shower we installed a linear drain. Safety was also a top concern for this aging in place client so we went with matte, textured floor tiles and grab bars throughout the shower.
