North Royal Street Condo

This fabulous couple wanted modern, moody feels in their Old Town condo. Overall, the kitchen layout and cabinetry style worked so we decided on just painting the cabinetry, updating the appliances and hardware, adding a beverage cooler in the island, installing new counters and backsplash, and adding pendants. We installed new wood flooring, painted and  swapped out the dated switch and outlet plates for lux grey decora fixtures throughout. We added a speaker system in the ceiling and ran new tv cables for premier entertaining. Finally, we gutted and renovated both the powder and master bathrooms. For the master, to create a more spacious feel we changed to a pocket door, installed a walnut floating vanity, and kept tile homogenous throughout with a sleek frameless shower panel.  The leather granite gave a masculine touch to this mens’ bathroom and the medicine cabinet allowed for much needed storage.
